The state government of Kerala providing online consultation of Doctors through video conference to Non-Residential Keralites. To get the online consultation service you need to register by clicking the given link – https://quikdr.com/register
- Click on the given link to register for online consultation through Norka.
- Enter your Mobile Number, Email ID and a password.
- Accept the terms and condition and click on the “Register” button.

Procedure for Sending Medicines by Air Cargo
To send Medicines to any other countries by air cargo follow the below-given procedures. Send an application for NOC from Customs Drug Inspector with the following documents to the Email ID – todcochin@nic.in
1. ID Proof of sender with signature
2. A prescription from the Doctor
3. Purchase bill of Medicines
(for Maximum 3 months consumption)
4. Photo of Medicines
5. NOC Request
After getting the NOC from Drug Inspector by return mail, Medicines along with all above documents need to handover to IATA approved CARGO Agents in Kerala for sending to Abroad Countries. The NOC Request form will be looks like the below image.
