COVID 19 Jagratha Online Pass and Registration
COVID19 Jagratha portal is designed for disseminating information related to novel coronavirus COVID 19 for the public and provisions for accessing emergency services for the public. Through the covid19jagratha.kerala.nic.in website, peoples can get all information about COVID 19 and the quarantine details. Peoples who return from other states in India to Kerala can apply for the Domestic Pass online through the Jagratha portal. Registered Covid warriors can log in to the Covid 19 Jagratha portal using the User Name and Password created at the time of registration. follow the steps to log in to jagratha portal.

- Enter your Username and Password.
- Type the Captcha given in a box ( Enter Captcha without mistakes).
- Click on the “login” button.
Travel Pass/Affidavit for Inter-District Travel in Kerala
Kerala Police will issue a travel pass/Affidavit to travel District to District and in Kerala. Peoples who stuck in any other district in the lockdown in Kerala can apply for a travel pass to travel the current District to your District. The pass will be issued by the station house officer at the local police station. The travel pass will be valid only during the daytime – from 7 am to 7 pm. To apply for the Travel Pass follow the following steps.

- Click on “Pass” to fill the application form for the affidavit.
- Fill the application form with relevant information and click on the “Submit” button.

Peoples can apply for Kerala e-curfew pass online through the website pass.bsafe.kerala.gov.in. The entering details in the application form will vary the police control centre and will send a message to the applicants mobile number. Please be kind enough to give a proper reply. I would like to apply for a group pass for around 10 persons travelling from Tamilnadu to Trivandrum and back to Tamilnadu. They will be here for a maximum of 3 days.
The purpose of the visit is to attend a marriage which will be conducted with a maximum gathering of only 20 persons as insisted by Government. Expecting an reply at the latest.

Hi Dinesh, You can apply for a travel pass in Kerala through COVID 19 Jagratha portal and Tamilnadu travel pass on https://tnepass.tnega.org/#/user/pass. If you are returning within 24 hours you not need any quarantine. But your brother should take 14 days room quarantine and COVID 19 Test. I would like to take my wife to her parent’s place (Vazhapuzha, Palakkad District) as she has not visited her parents for more than 8 months now. They are aged as well and even they are desperate to see their daugther and grandson. Apart from that, my wife also needs to visit the doctor for some of her health related issues.
We are currently staying in coimbatore. The plan is to drop her at her home and pick her back after 2 weeks. Please let me know what is the procedure and how to apply for pass as i dont see a way to register for this kind of visit.

To enter into Kerala you need to register in COVID 19 JAGRATHA portal using vehicle details and travellers details. The pass is not mandatory now, but you should register in Jagratha portal. Your wife and son should be take 14 days room quarantine in Kerala. Then only the health workers will allow them to meet their parents. If you are not returning within 24 hours, the quarantine is applicable to you also. Try to extend the returning date to get more days to stay with her parents. Wishing a happy and safe journey.
Is it allowed to have her room quarantined in her home or should be either have them stay in a hotel?

Hi Krishna, that is based on the age of her parents. If their age is above 60 they don’t allow room quarantine in her home. As per the Government rules, Quarantine is compulsory and it is for our safety. so you should strictly obey our government.

I heard there is a short visit option for few days. If we choose that option, we dont have to quarantine ourselves. Can you please help me with that option. I think it is an 8 day period or something like that.

I want to travel to Palakkad next month. When I tried to register for ePass it says invalid ID only Alphanumeric is allowed. I tried with Aadhaar and PAN card numbers and it gives the same error.
