Peoples who are registering in Norka will get a digital pass. Only peoples with the pass will get permission to enter into the state.

After registration, the Kerala government authorities will send a digital pass to your registered mobile number as per the preference decided by the government.

Keralites who are registered in the Norka registration portal to return into the state due to the COVID 19 in the world will get digital passes.
