And online payment of Kerala Current Bills should be made 2 days before the Disconnection date entered into the current bill. To pay KSEB bill online you should know your Electrical section code, Consumer number and latest bill number available in the Electricity Bill. Pay Electricity Bill Online and Offline

Are you a KSEB consumer. Then you can pay your KSEB Electricity Bill through Online and Offline Mode.

Online Mode-

You can pay your KSEB electricity bill online Net Banking, Credit/ Debit cards. Visit KSEB’s LT consumer online payment site to pay the bill online.

Another method to pay bill online is the KSEB Mobile app. Download the app and pay your electricity bill after login to the portal. You will then have the option of paying your electricity bill in a hassle-free manner.

You can use Bharat Bill Payment system enabled apps/ web sites like Google Pay, PayTM, Amazon Pay, Mobikwik, and other types of e-wallets to directly pay your electricity bills to the electricity board.

Offline Mode-

Visit the nearest section office or Akshay Patra centre and pay your KSEB bill by cash or using your debit card/  credit card/ cheque/ demand draft.

How to Pay Electricity Bill Through KSEB Website

  • Visit the KSEB official website – http://kseb.in/index.php?lang=en
  • Click on the ‘Online Services’ link available on the right side of the main page.
  • You can see two options to pay your electricity bill
  • The first option is to log in to your customer portal. Use your user ID and password to log in to your account and click on ‘Sign in’
  • Once you have entered the portal, you can view the bill and then proceed to pay. You can choose the payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, e-wallets, or UPI ) to pay your electricity bill
  • After choosing your mode of payment, enter the required details and follow the instructions. You will most likely receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP. Your payment has been completed. Save the e-receipt for future reference
  • Another option is paying a bill using the ‘Quick Pay’ which you will come across once you click on the ‘Online Services’
  • Click on ‘Quick Pay’ where you will be directed to a new page. Enter either your consumer number or your registered mobile number and click on ‘Submit to see the bill’
  • The latest electricity bill will visible. After you have viewed the bill, you can then proceed to make the payment by choosing a credit card, debit card, net banking, e-wallets, or UPI to make your payment. Enter the details and follow the instructions and your payment will be done.

Pay KSEB Bill Through e-Wallets

You can pay your latest KSEB Electricity bill using Bharat Bill Payment system enabled apps/ web sites like Phonepe, Google Pay, Paytm, Mobikwik, Payu, Amazon pay etc. Follow the below-given steps to pay the KSEB bill through e-Wallets.

  • Open the e-wallet app or visit the e-wallet website
  • You will find the pay ‘Electricity’ bill section on the page. Click on it
  • Enter the state in which you reside. In this case, you will have to choose Kerala
  • Select the electricity board, which will be KSEB in this case
  • Enter your consumer number
  • Click on ‘fetch bill’. The amount payable will be displayed on your screen.
  • Proceed to pay the bill. Follow the instructions and your payment will be completed.

How to Pay Electricity bill through KSEB Mobile App

The first step is to pay the electricity bill in Kerala is downloading the KSEB mobile app. The process of how to use the KSEB app and pay bill is as follows.

    • Download the KSEB mobile app from Google Play Store or Apple Store
    • To log in to your account enter your user ID and password
    • You will be able to view the latest bill and the amount payable
    • Then use the ‘Quick Pay’ option to pay your bill. Enter your consumer number, email ID, and mobile number to complete the payment
    • Choose the mode of payment you prefer
    • Provide your details and follow the instructions. You will be able to pay your electricity bill. Save the receipt for future reference.

  • Netbanking – Rs. 3.20 + Service Tax Rs.0.40 = Rs. 3.60
  • Debit Card – 0.70% of bill amount + Service Tax 0.08% = 0.78% of bill amount
  • Credit Card – 0.90% of bill amount + Service Tax 0.11% = 1.01% of bill amount
  • Direct Net Banking for South Indian Bank / Canara Bank / Federal Bank account holders – No transaction charges

    – You should produce the following documents along with the application for Low Tension Service Connection.

    3. Sketch showing details of connected equipment, marked in building plan.
