India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) exam syllabus and pattern : The India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) is a state owned commercial bank in India. The bank would use the existing network of the public-sector postal service, India Post. IPPB will offer demand deposits such as savings and current accounts upto a balance of Rs 1 Lac.It also provides financial services such as insurance, mutual funds, pension, credit products, forex, and more, in partnership with insurance companies, mutual fund houses, pension providers, banks, international money transfer organisations, etc. IPPB will conduct an online examination to recruit candidates. The structure of the examinations which will be conducted online are as follows:

Candidates have to qualify in each of the three tests by securing cut-off marks to be decided by IPPB. Adequate number of candidates in each category as decided by IPPB depending upon requirements will be shortlisted for the Online Main Examination.
penalty for wrong answers is applicable to both Preliminary and Main examination. Penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
