Junior Security Supervisor: 4
Security Guard: 6
Fire Guard: 3
Qualification: The candidates should possess a SSLC pass certificate to apply for these posts,and candidates must possess minimum 15 years of service in the army (preferably artillery, armoured corps or infantry).
Age limit BEL Recruitment: The age of the candidates applying for Junior Security Supervisor posts must not exceed 50 years.For Security/Fire Guard posts candidates age must not exceed 40 years.For age relaxation details visit notification.
Selection process: The candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in written test and a physical test.
Salary scale:
Junior Security Supervisor: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 10,050/- to Rs 25,450/- for junior security supervisor posts.
Security/Fire Guard: The selected candidates will be getting a monthly salary of Rs 8,330/- to Rs 22,000/- Security/Fire Guard.posts.
