Educational qualification : A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. The candidate should have passed in English as one of the subjects at SSC/ HSC/ Intermediate/ Graduation level.

Age limit : The candidates age should be minimum 18 years and maximum should be 30 years as on 30/06/2016. Age relaxation for SC/ST category candidates is 5 years,3 years for OBC candidates.10 years for pwd candidates,+3 years for Ex – servicemen,5 years for widows.
Selection process : The selection process will consist of on-line test (Preliminary & Main Examination). Candidates qualifying in the Main Examination will be further shortlisted for Regional Language test before the final selection.
Application fee : SC/ST/PWD/EX·SER/Females candidates should pay an application fee Rs.50/- and other candidates are should pay Rs. 500/-
